- Hash Cash: Bring your own beer. Down-down beer will be provided by the Hare. Until the down-downs start, what are you going to drink? What if you are not called to do a down-down? Bring some beer to drink.
- Where: The 4500 block of Patriot Dr., Grapevine
From Downtown Grapevine, take Hwy 26 west until it merges with US 121 north. Turn left at the second light, Freeport Pkwy. Park on the second street on your Right, Patriot Dr. Park on the street, not in any of the parking lots, which are posted.
I wanted us to park on Corporate Dr, in that same development, but the tenants of those warehouses had placed cheesy bogus "No Parking" signs on the public street there. If there is anything that pisses me off more, it is people taking it upon themselves to regulate parking on a public street. If I were a resident, I would call up the city traffic engineer and demand thise signs be removed! Sheeesh. What if I painted the curb in front of the Mayor's house red and stencled "Fire Lane" along it? How long would that last?
